City workers in have now painted over a graffiti mural which appeared in downtown Florence, Alabama this week, which depicted President Trump shooting schoolchildren.

“It’s not something that we want to have to see every day,” said Sarah Shirley, who owns the coffee shop across the street from the mural.

City officials contacted the property owner, who agreed to allow the city to paint over the mural. The person or persons responsible for the disturbing mural still remain unknown.

WHNT19 News reported Monday that an anonymous artist painted a mural appeared early that morning across a concrete wall on private property.

The mural appears to depict Trump with a handgun pointed to a school and children surrounded in red blood.

It also read “#NeverAgain,” the hashtag used by the student activists protesting for gun control following the Parkland, Fla., school shooting in February.
