On Tuesday Bill Clinton will be filling in for Hillary at the highly expensive fundraisers set for Seth MacFarlane and Barry Diller’s homes.

The former 42nd President of the United States will now headline the lunch at the Family Guy creator’s home as well as the “Conversation and Dinner With Hillary Clinton” at the IAC Chairman and Diane von Furstenberg’s home on Tuesday.

This replacement with Bill shows the Clinton campaign plans to keep going while Hillary takes a few days off to recover from “pneumonia.” While supporters are sympathetic for the sick presidential candidate, guests at the $50,000 a-ticket MacFarlane fundraiser and the $100,000-a-couple dinner aren’t all that thrilled at the campaign’s last-minute decision to reveal Clinton’s health and Bill’s replacement.

After being captured on video stumbling while leaving the NYC 9/11 anniversary memorial early on Sunday, Clinton first stated she was “feeling great” as she later left daughter Chelsea’s apartment. Just a few hours later, Clinton’s personal physician Dr. Lisa Bardack announced that Hillary actually had been diagnosed with pneumonia on September 9. Not long after that, it was reported that Clinton would not be flying out to California for a fundraiser on Monday and the two events on Tuesday.

On Monday as Bill was interviewed by Charlie Rose, Clinton tweeted from her home in Chappaqua, NY, where she is staying while she rests:

Running mate Tim Kaine is also still set to be present for fundraisers at Eva Longoria’s home as well as another event hosted by UTA Managing Director Jay Sures.
