Polls regarding the presidential election are plentiful and abound, as the election season ramps up to be hands down one of the most interesting in recent memory. However, some of these polls are pretty amusing. SmarterTravel, a parent company of flight-comparison site Airfarewatchdog, conducted an email survey poll between May 19 and May 23, the sample being nationally representative, asking participants which presidential candidate they would like to sit next to on an airplane. The choices were Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders.
So, who won?
The winner was Donald Trump at 36.8%, while Hillary and Bernie trailed at around 31%. The likelihood of one ever getting the chance to sit next to one of these guys is practically unlikely. While Trump has his own plane and Hillary will be in first class doing God-knows-what on her phone, you may get lucky with Bernie, but according to this poll most would prefer not to.
