Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton won the Puerto Rican primary on a 2-1 margin Sunday, The Associated Press reported. Clinton also won the U.S. Virgin Island caucuses the day before. Puerto Rico awards 60 delegates in the overall nomination contest.

Bernie Sanders had been campainging hard in Puerto Rico two weeks ago, attempting to mobilize its citizens with his prospects of seeking the release Puerto Rican terrorist Oscar López Rivera from U.S. federal prison.
