North Korea has launched a new verbal attack Sunday on President Donald J. Trump. According to KCNA Watch, the nation labeled Trump an “old lunatic” and said America would regret “letting such a depraved and stupid guy occupy the Oval Office.”

KCNA-Watch, an aggregator of official media coming from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), mirrors all North Korean media.

The report, originally from North Korea’s KCNA.kp, begins: “A load of rubbish spouted by the old lunatic Trump during his recent visit to South Korea was a total of all nonsense and paradox so far let out by him against the DPRK.”

It quotes a commentary from the state-run newspaper, Minju Joson, which said: “He insulted the state and social system of the DPRK and the life of its people. This thrice-cursed crime can never be pardoned.”

During the president’s visit to South Korea earlier this month, he denounced North Korea’s “cruel dictatorship” in a speech to legislators in Seoul. Trump addressed the South Korean National Assembly to issue a warning to North Korea, saying, “Today, I hope I speak not only for our countries but for all civilized nations when I say to the North: Do not underestimate us. And do not try us.”

During his 12-day Asian trip, President Trump also requested regional support in the U.S.’s opposition to North Korea’s nuclear weapons ambitions.

The North Korean newspaper Minju Joson’s Sunday’s commentary warned Trump to stay out of DPRK affairs. “Trump had better pay heed to the despicable plight of his country, the dark empire of evils under worldwide criticism, before poking his nose into others’ things,” it read.

More from the ominous editorial:

Not content with letting out all sorts of rubbish against the DPRK, he cried out for the use of power like a crazy gang leader, betraying his true colors as a mastermind of aggression. This is just an open declaration of war against the DPRK.

However, this is something ridiculous. Such barking of a mad dog can never stun the Korean people. The Korean people will never fail to make him pay dearly for his blasphemy.

Last week, an editorial from North Korean newspaper Rodong Sinmun stated, “The worst crime for which he can never be pardoned is that he dared [to] malignantly hurt the dignity of the supreme leadership.”

“He should know that he is just a hideous criminal sentenced to death by the Korean people,” the editorial added.
