According to the latest Fox News Poll, Donald Trump is now leading Hillary Clinton in the battleground states of Nevada, North Carolina, and Ohio.

The poll shows that Trump doing extremely well with strong support from working-class white voters, while Clinton’s numbers are being hurt by terrible performance among younger voters and women.

In Nevada Trump has a three-point advantage over Clinton among likely voters (43-40 percent).  Libertarian Gary Johnson receives eight percent of the vote in this state.

42 percent of Independents are backing Trump, 23 percent are backing Clinton and 21 percent are backing Johnson.

In North Carolina, Trump is up by five points among likely voters. He receives 45 percent to Clinton’s 40 percent, and 6 percent favor Johnson.

Whites are backing Trump by a 31-point margin (58-27 percent), however, blacks are supporting Clinton by 82 points (85-3 percent).

41 percent of Independents favor Trump over Clinton’s 24 percent and Johnson’s 14 percent.

In Ohio, a state Trump must win in order to win the election, Trump is up by five points among likely voters: Trump is at 42 percent, Clinton is at 37 percent, Johnson is at six percent and Jill Stein gets two percent.

Trump’s edge over Clinton comes mainly from independents (+20 points) and working-class whites (+26).  Clinton who claims to be the better candidate for women is only up by 3 points.
