Sheriff Mike Jolley, in Harris County, Georgia, has a message for anyone thinking of committing a crime in his district, and has posted a sign for all to see, announcing the county’s concealed-carry policy.
The sign, posted right below the “Welcome to Harris County,” sign, reads:
“Our citizens have concealed weapons. If you kill someone, we might kill you back. We have ONE jail and 356 cemeteries. Enjoy your stay!”
This isn’t the first time Sheriff Jolley has erected a special sign. In November 2015, he was interviewed on Fox & Friends for a sign which read:
“WARNING: Harris County is politically in-correct. We say: Merry Christmas, God Bless American and In God We Trust. We salute our troops and our flag. If this offends you… LEAVE!”
This county is directly above mine.
