Despite the 2010 lawsuit that closed down the presumptive GOP nominee’s ambitious educational endeavor Trump University, Donald Trump announced on Twitter Thursday he has plans to reopen the controversial institute after he settles the lawsuit.
“After the litigation is disposed of and the case won, I have instructed my execs to open Trump U(?), so much interest in it! I will be pres.”

Trump’s statement Thursday comes two days after a federal judge overseeing the case issued an order that unsealed 400 pages of documents and “playbooks” from the program.
Trump has defended the program and his campaign released a video featuring three former students of Trump University. The judge in the case, Gonzalo Curiel, also has ties to the racist group known as La Raza.
