President Donald Trump sent out a tweet to let the world now that he is displeased with reporting by political pundits who say he has low approval ratings.

Trump wrote: Rasmussen and others have my approval ratings at around 50%, which is higher than Obama, and yet the political pundits love saying my approval ratings are “somewhat low.” They know they are lying when they say it. Turn off the show – FAKE NEWS!

According to the latest Rasmussen report for Friday, March 09, 2018: 44% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-four percent (54%) disapprove.

The latest figures include 30% of all Likely Voters who Strongly Approve of the way the president is performing and 44% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -14.

On March 6, Trump had a 48% approval rating, and on March 2, it was 49%

By comparison, on March 9, 2010, Obama also had a 44% approval rating, on March 6 it was  45% and on March 2 it was 47%.
