Attorney General Jeff Sessions is testifying Tuesday morning before the House Judiciary Committee at their annual DOJ oversight hearing.

In his introductory remarks, Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte noted that at their last annual DOJ oversight hearing, then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch failed to respond to nearly every question posed by the committee. Prior to that, Eric Holder became the first attorney general in history to be held in contempt, for his own conduct of stonewalling with regard to the Fast and Furious investigation.

This is a developing story.
