While speaking in Pennsylvania on Saturday, President Donald J. Trump lashed out at Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who often calls for his impeachment, saying she’s a “low I.Q. individual” (video below).

Trump was speaking at a Western Pennsylvania event in support of state Rep. Rick Saccone, who’s in a tight race against Democrat Conor Lamb for a vacant U.S. House seat in Pennsylvania’s 18th Congressional District.

Real Clear Politics reports his comments: “We have to defeat Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters, a very low I.Q. individual,” Trump said, eliciting boos from the crowd. “You ever see her? You ever seen her? You ever see her? ‘We will impeach him! We will impeach the president!’ But he hasn’t done anything wrong. It doesn’t matter, we will impeach him! She’s a low I.Q. individual. You can’t help it. She really is.”

On Sunday morning, Joy Reid, host of “AM Joy w/Joy Reid” tweeted out a video in which Waters responded to Trump’s comments.

Waters called Trump a “con man” and said it’s typical of him to name call.

“He is expert at name calling,” Waters said.

Waters said Trump seemed to be selecting women to talk about, saying “he’s identifying and picking up [sic] more and more women, uh, that he’s attacking.” She said he took jabs at Oprah Winfrey and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.).

“I’m not intimidated by him, so he can keep calling names,” Waters said.

“This man has not only defined himself very clearly letting everybody know he likes the kind of leaders that are basically dictators, and that’s what he wants to be, but he will never be more than a conman,” Waters told Reid.

Waters also said that if special prosecutor Robert Mueller doesn’t “get” Trump in his Russia election probe, that Trump accuser Stormy Daniels will.

Waters also gave Trump his own moniker, dubbing him “Con Man Don.”

She said, “He’s coming for me, I’m coming for him.”
